Command+Option+Power doesn't work

Ever since upgrading to Catalina Command+Option+Power doesn't bring up the force shut down window. What it does is turn the screen off on my MacBook. If I do Command+Control+Power it shuts does a force shut down and I get a message that the computer was shut off wrong.

Is anyone having this same issue in Catalina? I upgraded to 10.15.1 and I still have this problem.

Doesn't work for me either, in fact it doesn't do anything, nor does Cmd+Ctrl+Power. On my MBP the power button is shared with Touch ID. Maybe that has something to do with it?
