command-` problem

Hi,

I am having a problem with the shortcut to "cycle between open windows in the selected application".

In the default config the shortcut is "command-`", with was working perfectly in all apps but "Preview". For some reason it did not have any effect when I open multiple pdf files and try to cycle between them.

My workaround was to replace the shortcut with "command-§", which so far is working in all apps I've tried.

Is there any reason why the preview would not recognize the "command-`" combo? Anyone else have this problem?
