Command+Return not working

HI,



Just noticed Command+Return not working to open .com site in chrome, safari and firefox. im guessing the recent mojave 10.14.2 update might be causing it?



When i type some text in address bar and hit command+enter instead of visiting .com page of the text, its searching for the text in default search engine.

I tried safe mode and guest account.
i removed few suspected apps aswell.


command+return is searching the text in new tab & shift+return is searching text in new window


Anyone else having this issue.
