command/tab app. switch command

it just stopped working all of a suddon...
all the other key commands work... just the /tab application switch key command..

and i use this command quite regularly........... seriously quick help needed

Is your Dock responding normally? If not try executing a "killall Dock" in the Terminal...

Go into Sys Prefs> Keyboard Mouse> Keyboard Shortcuts.

Check in there that it is still correct
