Command + Tab to get out of WoW

So, after taking a one year break from playing WoW I came back to try the new 4.3 patch and found that I was no longer able to command tab to minimize the screen to surf the web while still in game...

Did I shut this function off? If so how do I revert back to my beloved command tab?

i haven't played WoW in a long time, but from what i remember it has to be set to windowed mode to be able to command+tab out of it.
