Command-Tilde... gone?

In previous versions of OS X, users could switch between an application's open windows by using ⌘-~ (the tilde key, right above the TAB key). Is this gone in Lion?

I was not worried mine is there and working fine

and yet...mine is missing too

And, yes, I tried System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Keyboard and Text Input -> "Move focus to next window" and it is indeed selected and the shortcut is Command + ' (same as tilde key), so I have no idea why it isn't working.

I have all the latest Lion updates installed as of 11/4/11, and I am seeing this problem in a number of other forums, as well.
