Command to open other programs when opening another program

To use Rosetta Stone correctly, I must open two other programs. After a while, it starts getting tedious. Is there some sort of command I could use so that when I open Rosetta Stone, the other two programs open automatically too, and when I close Rosetta Stone, the other programs close too?
