Commentary Tracks from iTunes Movies?

The other day I was ripping some of my DVDs to put on iTunes, and when I was converting them using handbrake for one I put two audio tracks, one was commentary. The h.264 video file contained both audios and iTunes let me switch between them at will, as well as my iPhone. My question is if these videos are capable of dual audio do any of the iTunes store videos come with commentary? and if not why not?
