I am looking for an application that will allow me to add a comment to just about anything, especially files/website aliases on my desktop, then can be viewed through a pop-up window when I scroll over the file or by choosing the added option from the right-click menu.
Anything like this even exist? Freeware or donation-ware obviously preferred (poor university student!), but I would be willing to pay a bit for the function.
