Comments on upgrading to 5s or 6s?

I can upgrade from iPhone 5 to brandnew 5s for $99. I would do this in order to get the better camera.

The 6 also has a better camera, but I really don't like the larger size!

I'd love to hear comments from people who have made this decision. Also from people who have used both the 5s and 6s cameras.

If you don't like the larger size then the 5s is the only choice...

However, the difference between the 5 and 5s camera is negligible. Very little difference. My 5s takes good pictures though...the 6 has a much much much faster autofocus which is a much larger improvement and worth the upgrade if that is your biggest concern.

Thanks for your insight, if the 5s camera isn't that much better than the 5, maybe I have better things to spend $99 on.

Do you think there any possibility that apple will continue to make iPhones in the smaller size? I *like* the smaller size, when I first saw the 6, my reaction was - might as well get the mini iPad!
