Heh. No. It was one I haven't seen before, and it's not on the Apple site where you can watch some of the ads. It showed two iPhones, and the hand flips through the photos on the iPhones so they go together (hammer and nail, baseball and bat, etc.) and then it ends up showing the Apple logo and the AT&T logo, and says how well they go together. And at the bottom it says "the new iPhone 3G." You know, if it's a year old, I don't think it counts as "new" in cellphone world, so if it's an old ad, it's time to edit it!

I guess I don't watch enough television, because I'd never seen it before. And you're right, the 3G isn't a year old yet - I was thinking of the 16 GB. D'oh. But still, it's certainly not new enough to keep trumpeting that it's "new."
