Commercial use of iPad pictures?

I am setting up a company and we want to use some iPad pictures on our website - would that be a legal offence? Do we need to buy the rights or contact apple or something?

Like you know here http://www.attitudedesign.co.uk/ an iPhone is used - we want to do something similar but with an iPad?

I don't see how you can't use it if you take your own/buy your photos.
