Pat Hingle was memorable in the other Batman movies, but also in a lot of other movies and TV shows. From "The quick and the Dead, Maximum Overdrive. He will be missed.

He certainly had a long career. IMDB lists over 100 credits for him. I first remember him from The Gauntlet with Clint Eastwood. RIP.

We just lost Cat Woman (Eartha Kitt) and now the Commissioner. I know he did a lot more than the Batman series but that will always be the first thing that comes to mind.
