If a person is working for a company where they dont want to give dev acc credentials to the programmer. Is there a way where they just create a provisioning profile for the programmer and using that the programmer can test/debug as many applications as he wants, without again having to login ?

Yes, you can follow the steps laid out in the Provisioning section of the iPhone Provisioning Portal, then export the relevant keys and certificates from your keyring and send them to the developer along with the generated provisioning profile.

The problem is I dont have access to username and password. What exact steps i need to tell them to give me the right provisioning profile ?
