Communication Setting Dialog

Hello,

Every time I put a memory card in my reader the dialog seen below pops up.
It's not really a big deal but I'd like to disable it. Is there any way to keep it from popping up?

If you cancel out of this dialog does the card actually mount? If not, then that's the reason for the dialog.

Yes, if I cancel out, the card still mounts.
