So I'll be running around the city a lot with my 13" MBP and am deciding between a timbuk 2 messenger (small), incase backpack (the thin one), or Timbuk2 Backpack.

Thoughts? Preferences? It'll be the MBP, a book or two, charger, jacket and maybe my point and shoot.

Just don't want to kill my back and or shoulder.

The incase bag is comfortable. I did have to get a replacement for defective stitching, though.

How about a Belkin.

I personally have no experince with the two backpacks you mentioned, but from my own use, I've found this Belkin Backpack to be great, comfortable and have everything you mentioned.
