Compact Flash Card Reader for Expresscards ?

hello there,

I was wondering if there is a simple way to connect a Compact flash reader to the Macbook pro instead of using a cable + Card 8 in 1 reader ...

I have on a PC laptop a simple PCMCIA card reader for compact flash and enjoy it.

Does the card readers for Mac have this kind of options ?
