Is it possible for the tech guy at my company read my iMessage? They gave us a staff email that you need to use the wifi. So I’m just wondering if using the email to use the wifi does that mean he also has access to my iMessage? keep in mind that I use my own personal email or phone number for my iMessage.

No, they can't access it.

It's an encrypted connection between your device and Apple's servers. Not even Apple has the key to view your iMessages.

They can see that you are using data though because iMessage over WiFi uses data, if that matters.

No.

Not unless they are using your Apple ID and have the exact same password as you do and have hooked it up to a device capable of using iMessage. In which case you'd be informed that there was another device attached to your Apple ID.

We give out iPhones at work on the company WiFi , we can’t read the messages. The only way is if they have issues bring it to the IT Dept and we physically look at them. Don’t worry, your message bad mouthing the bosses wife is safe
