Comparable Monitors to Apple Cinema in smaller sizes?

I'm looking for a monitor that has comparable screen quality to the Apple cinema displays; however, I dont need a monitor larger than 22". Any one know of any smaller monitors with really high quality?

I've seen the Dell IPS models talked up quite a bit around the forum. I have a 2-y/o Dell that connects via DVI to my iMac and the quality matches the iMac screen in my -14.75 prescription eyes.
