Compare & Contrast for Photo & Video Buffs: The 2007 MBP vs the 2009 MBP

Please state your educated opinion and compare the performance and expandability of a 2007 MBP 2.2Ghz Core 2 Duo (version 3,1) vs the current 2009 MBP 2.66 Ghz core 2 Duo . Will I notice a major or minor difference running a few hours a week of CS4 + plug-ins and editing HD in IMovie and FCE?

FYI the 2007 has an express card slot i think, but the '09 doesn't. Also has one FW800, 1 FW400, and 2 USB 2.o
