Comparing 2 videos in Quicktime Movie inspector?

I'm trying to compare 2 rips from the same movie using the quicktime movie inspector.

Both are MP4s and have the same "Normal Size Pixels"


The only difference is that one is 540 MB and the other is 300 MB, I honestly don't see a difference in video or audio quality.

So if the Movie inspector says the movies are the same pixel size, does this mean the quality is identical?
