Comparing 24inch imac LCD

I was in my local apple store at weekend, and was comparing the 24inch imac to the new LED 24inch LCD, I noticed the two screens were slightly different, colours looked more rich on the imac, was also comparing the 20inch imac to the 24inch and the quality of the screen is more superior on the imac, the viewing angles are much better on the 24inch, still think the 24inch imac has the best screen on all the apple products at the moment, has anyone else noticed much between them?
