I'm sure in a few days there will be benchmarks galore, but I'm curious if anyone that's already got their 15" (w/ 6750) has taken the time to benchmark it against a 27 iMac of the i5 persuasion.
I understand this is an extremely niche request.
I just order the 2.2 15" with 8gbs of ram, and having seen the Geekbench results, I'm seriously considering cannibalizing my iMac, grabbing an external 27" display to couple up with the new MacBook Pro and selling my old MBP and 27" iMac to grab my wife a brand new laptop. If the gaming performance is there, that is.
Although I spend most of my days doing web development, illustration and video editing work, I am also a frequent gamer and would love to see where this thing falls in the performance charts.
