iPhone 12 Pro Comparison 11 Pro Max, 12 Pro and XR screens

So today I went and bought a 12 Pro:

I was sure I didn't really want it. (Loss of display real estate)
I was sure I really wanted the Max. (Bigger is ALWAYS better. Right?)
I was sure the display resolution would negate my desire. (It would be too small for my vision. The text would be tiny.)
I was sure even my 11 Pro Max was better for content. (I could see more on web pages etc)


For reference:
Configuration in display settings are identical in all POOR QUALITY picture.
"Zoomed", "Bold Text", Middle setting on text size (The default)

11 Pro Max (Left) (position 1) 12 Pro (Right or Middle) (position 2) XR (Right) (position 3 when 3 phones are in picture)

So the out come.... I am not sure the 12 Pro is smaller physically. Has a smaller battery (insignificant for my needs) Well I just don't know. But what I will say the 12 Pro is not the automatic return I was expecting.

But really how much more usable real estate are you loosing with the pro ? If it was that much of a difference Apple would charge a heck of a lot more than 99.00 for the max .
I love the 12 pro but still keeping my 11pm as backup ..
12pm will be wayyy to big

Thanks for the comparison. Could you please shoot 240fps slow-motion video of the 11 Pro Max and 12 pro side-by-side with iPhone Xr at 50% and 100% brightness? This would be nice comparison for PWM and many people over those topics at this forum would appreciate the results.
