Comparison Between Penryn and Merom Macbook ?

Hi guys,

I would appreciate if anyone who newly bought the Penryn Macbook would
post any aspects of significant upgrade or better performance compared to the Merom

(Battery Life, Temp, Speed, Games FPS)

the top case is a different texture, its rough, not as smooth as the previous model. the bottom of the case is the same though.

yeah, but i dont know if i like it. I liked the soft, suede type of feeling of the previous SR black book. this one (maybe cuz its matte) feels stronger, but at the same time it kinda resembles that cheapy plastic that dell uses. i dont know if i like it. fragile is beauty i suppose jk

FYI I just heard that although our front page right now says that battery life has decreased, apparently it's simply a more "realistic" estimate, ie, they expect you to be doing browsing with wifi on while using iTunes etc, so in reality the life is probably at last equal to Merom.
