Compass always asks for location

Have a first generation ultra - every time I open compass it always asks for permission for location services no matter how many times I choose "always allow". Seen it several times even before latest watchOS. Anyone seeing the same?

I’m running 10.2 beta 4 and it does not.

Just remember to switch from magnetic to true when you get up north

Noticed compass doesn't show up in location services settings on iPhone no matter how many times I hit allow

try deleting the app from your phone, and re-downloading from the App Store.

It automatically installs on the watch when you install on the phone, there is no option to enable/disable on the watch like there is for other apps.

you will be asked for permission again when launching, hopefully for the last time.
