Compass app ios7 issue

Hey guys,

When ever I open the compass app on iPhone 5s running on iOS 7.0.4
It wants to be re calibrated again secondly the incline meter always gives value in -1 instead of 0 and when I tilt the phone a bit it goes to 0 but to my eyes it's in correct.
