Just upgraded from S4 to S7 and was pleased to see the compass addition to know which way I’m facing. However…

I’m left handed and wear my watch on my right arm, with the crown on the left. The watch doesn’t seem to know it’s working upside down though, and gives me the reverse compass / map direction. Ie. If I’m facing south, it tells me I’m facing north. Has anyone else had this? Have I missed an obvious setting?

You can change the watch’s orientation in the Watch app to make everything work. But if you didn’t, your Watch face should be upside down?

I have EXACTLY the same S4 to S7, Right Wrist, Crown on Left….. Mine is correct.
It’s as the guys have said, you need to sort out the orientation that’s all.

What band are you using? If they have magnets, that can happen..
