Compatibility between A1286 of Early and Late 2011 MacBook Pro

I am replacing my Logic Board on my Late 2011 MBP. I have seen quite a few A1286's aftermarket on Ebay.
My questions: anyone had luck with refurbished/used ebay Logic Boards?

More importantly - many that I see are Early 2011. These have the same numbers (A1286) but slightly slower processor speeds (still i7, just 2.2). Anyone know if they are compatible? The only difference I can see is the video card - the early is Radeon HD 6490M and the late is 6750M. Otherwise these boards are identical.
