Compatibility Issues with USB Car Stereo

Since getting my iPhone 4 I am not having any luck playing music via my USB connection to my car stereo. I have a JVC KD-HDR50. I sent JVC an e-mail and they don't know what the issue it.

I tried swapping out the USB cables, resetting my phone and no luck. I tried my friends iPhone 4 with the same results. The display says, "reading, reading..." and eventually says cannot play.

I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issue with IOS4. Anyone else having similar problems?

Same problem

Same JVC Head Unit and same iOS4 problem. 3GS works just fine. iOS 4.0.1 did not help. Just another iOS4 bug. iPhone 4 was clearly pushed out the door before it was ready ... I'll be more careful next time ...
