compatibility problem ( IE )

Hello web developers,
I am in need of some extra help with a website i designed.
the problem is website shows correctly in all major browsers except IE ( go figure )

the problems with showing pages correctly is similar in all subpages.
so if anyone can help with solving a problem on one subpage i think i can handle the rest ( at least i hope so )
I would also like css menu to show in IE7 but it is not working.
