Are there any windows apps that will allow a videochat between themselves and ichat?

Other cross platform video chat solutions are acceptable, but it would be preferable if the PC version were compatible with ichat.

I've been successful with video chat between my mac using ichat and a PC using the current version of AIM.

People on windows can chat with you if you are on iChat (via AIM)

They need to have AIM 5.9, or the newest version of Trillium.

You need to have an iSight to work with iChat, or the software called USBWEBcam to use a non iSight cam.

For MSN, you need to get an app called Mercury.
