compatible wifi express card for bootcamp

i found this sweet looking wifi card for mac expressCard, will it blend with windows on bootcamp? chances are slim as i havnt been able to find any mention of a windows driver.
is hope lost, can i use an wifi card with external antena not based on usb for bootcamp?
