i want to create a video book- a training for an application. it should be similar in functionality as those cds form lynda.com
what mac osx app would help me to do that? (the screen video captures are already done, so its all about putting it together)
is there any mac osx software that lets to compile html to application? i thought of this way because there are many such html2app compilers for win platform (well, even the google's i'm feeling lucky for string 'compile html to exe' gives such freeware! app http://www.spadixbd.com/wsz/), thus my vbook can be also ported there. that would be an easy and effective way to do the job.

dvd with menu could be an option, but i want to leave it as the last resort- not everybody has dvd players.
creating a flash movie seems unserious to me. it's unserios to the project.
