Complete Apple TV Reset

Guys,

i was wondering if someone could instruct me on how to complete a full & entire system reset please?

if i select the "factory reset" option, in the past once i have fully upgraded the system back to the latest version, followed by running the atvusb-creator patchstick to enable ssh, when i login, the frontrow home directory still has all the files and stuff from before. so not sure what else may have also been left behind...

i want everything gone, just as though i had bought it from the store, if possible.
