Complete my Album & Upgrade to iTunes+ are gone

I can't seem to find those section in the new design of the iTunes store, anyone have any luck??

Still there. Look on the home page of the store, upper right corner.

Sometimes it shows up for me, with "Hello myname!" on the top

and then it just disappears along with the Hello and I get a smaller menu on that right side

I couldn't find it either, and my itunes didn't look much different than normal, I opened the USA itunes, and then logged back into the UK one and Itunes+ appeared in the same place it always has, with complete my album above it.
