Complete Newb Needs Guidance

Guys and gals, I apologize in advance for this thread, but I didn't want to post this in a place that clutters up what is really going on in that thread.

I am trying to find someone that can help me out with a little one on one guidance to installing a springboard widget. I would prefer to PM someone, but I don't qualify to do that yet, so is there anyone out that that would be willing to help me out with a few questions?

Thank you. I am sure it is simple for you. I am trying to apply a widget so I downloaded it, unzipped it and placed it in my theme folder and when I go into winterboard it is not there. I don't get it.

I got it figured out. I had two folders named theme under var/stash. Had it in the wrong one. Duh. Thanks for offering to help. I knew I was pulling a brain fart!
