Complex 3GS -> 2x4S upgrade... best price/deal?

Dear MR friends,

Here's the deal. I have an out-of-contract 3GS with unlimited data on an individual plan.

I want to:
  • Upgrade the 3GS to the 4S and keep the unlimited data
  • Switch to a family plan
  • Add a 4S with 200MB data with a number ported from Virgin Mobile USA
  • drop messaging (since iMessage will cover 50% of what we need and we can send 150 non-i-text messages for less than the "unlimited" fee)
  • get our phones on the 13th (or 14th)

If I preorder at Best Buy, I'll get Reward Zone points, right? But can I do all the plan switching and porting necessary afterwards? Should I just bite the bullet and buy from AT&T directly?
