Complication to show Alternate Calendars

On my Series 0 and Series 3 Apple Watch, I could've sworn there was a version of watchOS that I was able to show Alternate Calendars. In my case, I wanted it to show the Chinese Lunar Calendar - just month and date.

This seems to have disappeared in more recent versions, am I right? My iPhone's calendar does show both standard and Chinese dates. Is there a way to show this on my Watch as well?

Ah, an update. Seems it depends on the Watch Face. I found it in the Mickey and Minnie Mouse faces under "Internal > Lunar Date".
