Complications Question wOS 4

I am new to AW and went straight to OS4. When I first loaded everything up I had tons of complications available in the iOS watch app. After messing with things for a few days almost all my third party app complications are no longer there. What did I do or how do I get them back.

Anyone? I want my Downcast complication but it's gone. Restarted everything and most are still not there.
