I just got the cable from apple today, but when i plug the component cable into my iphone, it says it is not a accessories for iphone and ask me to turn to flight mode, but still it doesnt work, no sound no video out from tv, and the sound of my iphone is gone, only the iphone itself is playing. I hv tried with and without flight mode, choose the tv output wide screen or not and pal or ntsc. My tv is from uk so it should be pal, and i hv other video michine using the component cable in my tv, so my tv works perfect with component cable, so that must be the iphone problem, anyone can help me plz!!!
