Component/S-Video to VGA RECOMMENDATIONS?

I want to connect my game consoles to my LCD. I have two inputs; DVI and VGA, the DVI is for my Mac mini, so that leaves the VGA port. I'm looking for something to take a component or S-Video cable, and output in VGA. Looking through the forums, I found this:

But I'm wondering if anyone here could vouch for one make over other? Recommendations? Thoughts? Experiences? Any information would be great. Thanks in advance!
 
Bump!

Anyone with any experiences with this unit. I was looking for something similar, to convert a spare monitor into a flat screen TV (using VCR as the tuner)
