Component Video Switcher

I have multiple units (ie DVD player, Cable Box, Apple TV) that use component cables but my television only has two component inputs. Can anyone recommend a good switcher for these items? I've did a quick search and found that they range in price from $40 to $400. I'd like to keep the best possible quality but don't know if it'll be necessary to spend that much money. Also, i'd like the switcher to include Digital Optical inputs/outputs.
