Hi All;
been trying to find out how to deal with this issue. I have set up my default email account (& yes already checked under the Composing area of preferences to use the default for replying and forwarding). My problem is that I want to have it default to my default account when I compose a NEW email (either by going to File/New Email Message or selecting the EMAIL button.)
Currently it defaults to the account that happens to be the one of the email the cursor is currently highlighting in the inbox. So to send from my 'default' account I need to either ensure that I have selected an email to this address when I hit new email (clunky), or change the email from in the drop down box (annoying - as this doesn't then use my default account SIGNATURE, so I am forced to delete the current signature & reenter the default signature).
I am not sure what 'default' actually means if it is not composing all new emails from this account - by default! :confused: Help please!!
