Composite Video out

An airport somewhere
Does the Iphone 3GS 4.3.2 support video out. The apples store said it did and I bought the Apple Composite cables from them but I can't get it to work. All I get is audio from You Tube, Slingbox, and from videos in the Ipod portions of the phone.

I have verified it isn't the TV connect as any other device I plug into the composite video connection displays a picture...
