Comprehensive Software (Freeware/Shareware) List?

Is there a good list of freeware and shareware OS X applications and what they are for out there somewhere?

I would like to be able to look in one place to see what all is available. I know the apple site has a decent one, but filtring through it is tough at best sometimes.

I'd suggest you look at the bottom of the mac beginner's guide and follow through with a visit to macupdate.com and versiontracker.com

DUH, I've always gotten linked to VersionTracker, but never thought to stop and actually see how it works....Thanks...I'm an idiot.

Okay, after looking through those, still didn't find what I'm looking for, maybe I missed it, but is there a good free PDF editor out there?

I export a music score as PDF from Logic Express, and want to add a Title, Author, etc.
