Compress in Size

Sorry the title is pretty bad but what I would like to know is if there is a way I can highlight all of my 8gigs and tell it to compress in 4.7GB increments. I know in Windows winrar you can do this but how about in Mac?

There are tools available for doing this. There used to be one called DMGscissor, but that one seems to have found its way to that big bit bucket in the sky
