I have a video that is 30mb, right now. What settings will I need to use to get it to 15mb? Thanks in advance.

Youll need to give us more info.

It stands to reason that you could :

cut half the video out = 50% size savings

cut a different half of the video out = 50% savings

shrink the resolution by half = ~50% savings

there is no magical way to just cut a compressed file in half and keep it the same. something has to go, whether its the video footage, size or quality.

Sarcasm aside, we need to know what filetype it is currently, mpg, wmv, avi, mp4, etc.

Then we can offer you some software solutions to help you make it a smaller file. But to compress, you will almost always lose quality. No way around that.
