Compressing photos in PowerPoint/Keynote

Has anyone found a good way to reduce the size of the photos imported into ppt or keynote???

In the windows version you can right click, choose format picture and there is a "compress"option under "size"...

I can't seem to find a good way to do it...

Would love to hear any tips!
