What's the best way to export the 'exported' ;) video file from FCP to use on Youtube?

I want to use Compressor. What should I save it as?

YouTube converts ALL uploaded video files into Flash FLV format, so make it the best quality you can while staying within their 100mb parameters.

But what's the best?

I've tried using MPEG those options. See Below. The first one NEVER works. The DV one does most of the time but of course those are WAY too big for youtube. :D

As -DH said, make it the best possible while staying under 100MB. Do a high bitrate MPEG4 / H.264 encode.

I did that this morning with a 44-second clip, which at 50MB was pristine quality (640x480, 29.97fps, 48KHz audio). YouTube didn't mess it up except for the very beginning.

I did both Compressor and MPEG Streamlip for my 4 minute clip to mpeg4.

MPEG's version was much better. Compressors' was fuzzy.

Of course, this was all on the default settings. :D
